1. Introduction

Welcome to EV Tech Day 2025. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in our event. By registering for the event, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Event Registration

Registration for the EV Tech Day 2025 is subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny or cancel registrations at our discretion. Registration information must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration credentials.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves professionally throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event for violation of this code of conduct, without refund.

4. Photo and Video Release

By registering for and attending EV Tech Day 2025, you grant WAFIOS Machinery Corporation and its affiliates the right and permission to:

  • Take photographs and/or record videos of you during the event
  • Use, reuse, publish, and republish such photographs or videos in whole or in part
  • Use such materials across all platforms and media, including but not limited to websites, social media, presentations, and printed materials

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your image appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of your image or recording.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided or presented at the event are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

WAFIOS Machinery Corporation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the event. We are not responsible for personal belongings or personal injury that may occur during the event.

7. Changes to Event

We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or date if necessary. In case of cancellation, our liability is limited to the refund of registration fees, if applicable.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the event after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the event is held, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
