CEO and Founder of Electrification Academy

Dr. Wright, PhD in Technical Physics from Graz University of Technology, is a renowned expert in battery technology and electric vehicles. Following her work at AVL List GmbH, she founded her consulting practice in 2021 and launched Electrification Academy in 2025. As a thought leader in electrification, she collaborates with Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation in sustainable transportation.

Founder and CEO, Torev Motors

Rory Brogan, a patented inventor with degrees in electrical engineering, mathematics, and an MBA, founded Torev Motors in 2022. His mission to reduce rare earth consumption in electric motors has earned international recognition, including the 2024 Global Automotive & Mobility Innovation Challenge. His innovative axial flux motor designs have been featured in MotorTrend Magazine.
